Edina, MN - After the April acquisition of Hypoguard USA, Inc. by ARKRAY, Inc. of Kyoto, Japan,
Hypoguard will now be known as ARKRAY USA. Similar focus and complimentary strengths make
the two companies a natural fit. Together, the companies are committed to producing safe, reliable,
and effective products and services that meet or exceed customer requirements.
